Poor Management
If you want to live the maintenance free life of apartment living, Tabor Ridge Apartments IS NOT FOR YOU! This is the second Christmas in a row where Management (property manager and maintenance manager) left for the holidays only to leave us residents with no snow removal, no driveway plowing or even throwing down some salt so stoops, sidewalks and the parking lot were safe for our guests arriving on Christmas day. After a heavy snowfall, tenants have to perform their own snow removal if... they want to leave the apartments or wait days until Management finds the time or hires personnel to clear the snow. The individual unit maintenance performed here is a joke. Repairs are done by using rubber bands, glue and duct tape only when they (Management) deem it absolutely necessary. The Management team at Tabor Ridge is rude, condescending and downright nasty to the tenants. Tenant turnover is high, hmm…. I wonder why?

I toured with Gina! She was awesome and the unit she showed me was darling! Just right for me and my kitty.

Yard of Darkness
Poorly managed. The property manager doesn't seem to care that most of the outdoor lights are non working. Makes it real inviting that the whole complex is completely dark, including the lights that light up the sign and the flag.
