I was set up for move in out of state and arrived to an apartment with such a strong odor of smoke and animals that it was uninhabitable. The unit was vacant for at least a month prior to my move in date.

The apartment did look exactly like the photos, but again, the smell was unbearable and I refused to move in. It was also extremely difficult to get in touch with the office staff by phone, especially due to their AI system.

Property is well taken care of, response time by maintanence was acceptable. Price is not necessarily worth the benefits, would suggest finding other options if available.
My main complaint is that the staff will take every chance at leveraging their power in their leases to charge you out of the wazoo, with little to no prior communication. Phone lines consistently down, random out of office days by leasing staff that are only communicated by a sign taped to the front door, and no formal... communication. Quiet and peaceful, staff is friendly and helpful.

Love this place. I have been staying here for over a year now and have no complains. This is a quiet, family friendly place. The rent are affordable and the maintainance team is great. Laura from leasing office made the whole process simple and hassle free.

The office is friendly and maintenance is great. I love having an outside area. I've been here though for three years and they do not update until I'm gone. Things are very outdated. I enjoy having a washer and dryer. The apartment is very small though, pretty but tiny.
