Summit Terrace

I have lived at Summit Terrace in a one-bedroom for three years, and have been extremely satisfied with my experience. The staff are friendly, and have always responded quickly to my requests for maintenance assistance. They happily replaced my refrigerator after issues with the freezer keeping it cold. I've also enjoyed the pool - it is well-kept, and open from around Memorial Day through Labor Day. The laundry room is generally clean, and I've never had a problem with machine availability.… Currently, at $1.25 per load the cost proves manageable. I wish the laundry room were open 24/7, but have certainly been able to work with the 8am-10pm hours. You can walk to downtown in about 10 minutes, and BGSU is a 20-25-minute walk, a c. 10-minute bike ride, or 5-minute drive away. Summit Terrace also offers a shuttle service to campus and possibly a few other locations??, which I have not used extensively but would certainly be a plus for those without a car. Mostly students, young families, and some retired folks live here. The atmosphere is generally quiet and friendly, which I have appreciated! This apartment complex is the best I have ever lived in. The staff are all very caring and helpful. They make sure the complex is a safe and friendly place to live. The complex as a whole is very quiet. I have never felt safer in an apartment by myself as a single woman. The staff will go out of their way to make sure you have everything you need no matter what.
