We offer 1 and 2 bedrooms at Pinecrest in the Brecksville/Broadview Heights area. You can see pics if you click on the... "MEDIA" option at the top of this page. Pinecrest has Community Laundry facilities; and Timbers has 2 bdrms (1 or 2 Bath)in suite washer and dryer! and offers Both Brecksville/Broadview Hts, and the North Royalton school districts! Pinecrest offers balconies or patios, and heat is included! Enjoy our Patio/Deck with picnic tables and grill. Timbers is just up the road offering spacious, 1000 square foot apartments only; with a 1bath or 2bath option, with washer and dryer in suite! I currently have some ground floor units with Patios!! and Our 3rd floor units in the 2 bath option; have beautiful vaulted ceilings! We would love to make us your new home!!!

Don’t waste your time
I called ahead and scheduled an appointment to walkthrough. The agent never called to cancel our appointment. We drove 45 minutes out and they couldn’t bother to answer. Don’t waste your time. Because they clearly don’t care.

Don’t bother applying.
All they want is your application fees. They’ll feed you lies to make you apply and then say you were denied with no valid explanation and very rudely just brush you off when you ask why. Don’t bother.

Don't move in
They will tow your friends and families cars if they're parked in the lot after 9 pm. They offer a daily parking pass that is $5 and you will not be able to purchase one after 5 pm

Hello and thank you for the opportunity to respond to your issue. We do offer passes for your guests, so if you need a pass, I am in the office until 5:30, you can call me ahead of time, or email me, place your $5 in the rent drop box the night... before, and i can place a parking permit/pass under your door for the night.

Enjoyable experience here
Timbers have great apartments, and they are worth the price you pay. Maintenance and management were always on hand for help and never had any issues with them as far as any concerns or with rent.

The Slumps
Lived here for 4yrs wish I would of moved sooner.Mang changes of property managers nothing is ever fixed.Black mold is everywhere and is very out dated for the price.
