Lots of Upgrades with the new owner / manager

So close to everything but tucked back into a quiet safe neighborhood. New luxury vinyl flooring. new kitchens w/ new countertops. New bathrooms. Very safe and clean. New paint and carpet in all the hallways and commons and laundry rooms.
