COCKROACH INFESTATION

when i first moved here i was desperate to move and i toured the apartment there were dead cockroaches and they said the place had just been bombed so i’m thinking there weren’t going to be any more. i was wrong there are still cockroaches and they are not like the small ones they are huge!! the only good thing about the place is the low security deposit. they don’t tell you or give you a parking pass when you first move here. your car will get towed over night without a parking pass. my air… conditioning has not been working since i moved here in the fall. it’s 90° now and it’s awful i keep putting in a work order but no change is being done. i can’t wait til my lease end this has been a nightmare.

We completely understand how distressing it must be to deal with these issues, and are serious concerns that we do not take lightly, and we… are truly sorry that your experience has been so difficult, particularly during these hot summer months where a working air conditioning unit is absolutely essential.

We hear your concerns regarding the pest issues and we have been remediating as it is brough to our attention. Regardless we will continue to treat and mitigate this issue. We apologize for the lack of communication regarding the parking pass, which resulted in your car being towed, and we understand how stressful and costly that situation must have been for you.

Great Property. Mostly Updated in past 3 years!

This place is entirely remodeled and updated now. Scott the manager is so friendly. All the apartment units are updated. The hallway carpets and LED lights are great. New paint on the exterior was a nice touch! Love it here!

Great Apartment

I lived there for 17 years and everyone is so friendly and 24 hours a day what ever you need they will always help. It's close enough to Lakewood and it's kinda of like it, but no police ready to get you. lol
Don't get me wrong if you think there isn't a police presents there is most of the Cleveland Police and Fire like all around you, So don't even think of trying. Sure you don't have a garage and the maintance men might plow you in if your nasty to them lol, but atleast you don't have to do… it. You have across the street the westside temple and a catholic church. Yes some places you might need a car to get too or walk threw the back and the RTA is on the next street or walk. You really don't need much in that area unless your a snob and if you are don't move here.

Plywood floors and 7 foot ceilings

The carpet is on top of plywood sheets. You can tell exactly where the neighbor above is at all times. Zero privacy.
