Take my advice .. don't rent here! I lived here for many years, and the complex has been a crime ridden, drug user hangout for almost the entire time I was there. Basically an infested rat hole! If you don't mind getting your car broke into, or stuff stolen off your porch .. this place is perfect! Then there are the A-holes who run the Association, [they own some of the buildings], who have a God complex [dollar millionaires], who charge exorbitant amounts of rent for old, run down 400 sq ft... bungalows with no washer/dryer hook-ups and no privacy. They are continually on your case for minor "violations" like grilling a steak outside, or for putting out bird-houses in the trees. This place does not even deserve a one star rating, but I was being gratuitous. I am being truthful here ... stay away from this place at all costs. You will thank me for this. Read More
