Picked the perfect place!

Just moved into my apartment a few months ago and loving it. The ladies in the office are always helpful. They have a great gym.

Roaches!

Run! This place has roaches! The property manager doesn't do anything about it and very rude. I've never been so unhappy to leave here. I've been tricked. Not a healthy environment.

No Street Cameras

The police said 5 or more cars were broken into just yesterday, and VERY VERY BAD. I appreciate how swiftly cameras were mounted near the dumpsters but I believe same could be done for every street view or parking space in Ecco park to keep the properties and residents safe. Your security patrol car can't be everywhere at the same time. PLEASE INSTALL CAMERAS ASAP.

RUN FOR YOUR LIFE

This is the WORST place to live in the Canal Winchester area. The non-stop noise, traffic, piled up garbage, smell/sell of weed and outside parties is insane. This place turns into a racetrack a night with crowds of people outside just constantly making noise all hours of the night/morning. The tenants have absolutely no respect for anyone and the office manager is even WORSE. Tenants have a car repair shop on the property, they’re stealing appliances from the units and having car auctions on… the property as well. I would NEVER refer anyone to live in such an infested disgusting place with mold, water damage, and filth. The tenants damage others cars and run into buildings it’s ridiculous. The old property managers would’ve never allowed any of this to happen, but the one is TERRIBLE. You can complain as much as you want, but nothing gets resolved. This place doesn’t deserve a star.

We take all resident concerns very seriously, utilizing security, on-site management, and… 24/7 emergency maintenance to help ensure a good living experience for our residents. We suspect this review was placed by a former resident that was evicted for non-payment. If you are a current resident, we would welcome any specific details that you could provide from your review to our management office so that they can be investigated and addressed.

They steal cars here

Plz plz plz do not live here . They steal cars and they don’t have no cameras. They don’t try to protect the neighborhood. Not helpful. They always find a way to raise rent. Plz if you want safety don’t live there

Unfortunately, we… cannot guarantee that we can prevent all neighborhood crime.
We make every effort to keep rental rates in line with the current market in the area, but we would be happy to discuss your concerns with the renewal rate if you stop by the management office.
