Roaches
I have only lived in this apartment for four months, and I’m already dealing with a roach infestation. I immediately notified the leasing office, but nothing has been done to resolve the issue. Instead of taking action, I’ve been given excuse after excuse about why no one has come out to treat the problem.
I have children living in my home, so this is a serious health concern but do they care ? NO!
Now I’m being told that if I want to move because of these unlivable conditions, I would have to... pay three months’ rent to break my lease. No tenant should have to choose between living with roaches and paying thousands of dollars to leave.
