- Good Landlord reference
- Sect 8 and similar programs are accepted and have a separate pre-qualification form
- Pet's are allowed, if approved there's a $200 non refundable pet fee and monthly charge of $35 per month for 1st pet.

If you have a section 8 voucher, please check your RTA paperwork to verify which voucher program you have. It should be listed at the top of the first page of your RTA paperwork. Example EHV or HAV.
