Arbor Grove

This is my first apartment ive ever leased. Tracy, the landlord, has been great with communicating during the weekdays (weekends she is off) and dealing with any issues ive had. She is also a very nice and patient woman, I messed up a bit during the application process and she was never rude about my mistakes. The app makes it easy to put in a maintenance report and maintenance is typically quick to fix any issues. We are not charged for any pest control needed and the common areas are sprayed… twice a month to prevent pests. They have recently added a dog park and are adding grills and picnic tables so there will be spaces to gather outside! They are also adding new flower beds im excited about. Neighbors have all been very nice and quiet. The walls are pretty thick so ive never heard any neighbors other than the one above me walking (like a normal person does). I have been living at Arbor Grove for a few years now, and overall it has been a great experience. The community is always clean, quiet, and well maintained. The management team is friendly, professional, and always willing to help.

At one point, I had an issue with bugs in my apartment, and management handled it immediately. They had pest control come out right away and followed up with weekly treatments to make sure the issue was fully taken care of. Now they are transitioning to monthly… preventative treatments, which really shows they care about keeping the property in good condition for residents.

The maintenance team is also very responsive and takes care of requests quickly. You can tell the staff truly cares about the people living here and works hard to keep the community comfortable and well maintained. Scheduled a tour online and received a call from the leasing office within just a couple of hours. They were able to accommodate me for a tour later that same afternoon, which I truly appreciated. From the moment I arrived, I absolutely loved the property. I even spoke with several current residents during my visit, and every single one of them spoke so highly of the community and management team.

I signed a lease shortly after and moved into my two-bedroom apartment a few weeks later. As with… any move, there were a few minor maintenance items that needed attention, but Tracy and the maintenance team were incredibly responsive. A technician arrived within the hour, and everything was completely resolved by the end of the day. It is very clear that the staff here genuinely care and stay on top of everything.

Still a current tenant. I have thoroughly enjoyed living here! This is my first apartment and it absolutely exceeds my expectations. They repaved the parking lot last year and it looks so much better. Management has also been extremely timely (within 24 hours) in getting back to me if I had any issues or questions. Everything is updated and very modern-looking. They sent out an email asking for recommendations for property updates and I mentioned getting secured access to the buildings.
