The management company that owns this property now will not pay vendors like pest control or lawn maintenance regularly so these mandatory services are often suspended. There are loud fights, loud music, drug dealing/use and junk/trash everywhere & mgt knows but does nothing.
NO washer dryer hookups in well over half of the units. Wind whistles thru the windows when they are closed! The place is a crap hole, go somewhere else unless these "amenities" appeal to you. 1 bdrs have only one entry... door, no back patio or door. 2-3 bdr windows aren't big enough for a fan!
