The gourmet kitchen is a chef’s dream with a large island, double ovens, bar area with wine and beer fridges, and plenty of counter space for preparing and sharing meals. A dining area for six sits adjacent to the kitchen, and there are two convenient half baths on this level. On the lower level you'll find the indoor heated pool, complete with depths of up to 10 feet — perfect for year-round enjoyment. Nearby, you’ll find a sauna, a full bathroom with walk-in shower, and a home movie theater with seating for nine. The walk-out basement includes a bar room with seating around a brick fireplace, creating a cozy space for entertaining. You’ll also find a dedicated workout area, and access to a large patio that opens onto the private backyard. Absolutely no parties are allowed. If an unauthorized gathering happens, your reservation will be terminated on the spot and you’ll be required to vacate immediately without a refund. Any cleanup related to a party or "gathering" no matter the size will also incur additional cleaning fees and labor/material fees for any damages that were caused.
