Just okay

Very Basic cheap apartments, I can speak from personal experience, the bedrooms didn’t have a light, only fan is in the living area, shabby carpet, laundry room is shared between the whole building, so only 1 washer and dryer. And there are signs posted that you can use it past 11 pm. It gets hot in the summer because the air conditioning is only in the living area and usually doesn’t reach the rest of the apartment. Very dated appliances in the tiny tiny kitchen. Closet space is decent. You’re… only assigned one parking space even if you rent two bedroom unit. Definitely not smoke free, was told when I first moved in that smoking in the apartment was allowed. Best thing about the apartment is the location, hopefully the new owners change the place in a good way.

wont like it~

There are not visitor parking spaces so if you have family or friends dont move here, the managment has friends and relatives that have extra cars and other tenants single have more than one so no extra spaces. Hence people will come take your space too if they come to visit! Driveway plowing is little to none in winter. Terrible maintenance!

poor maintenance and not really any on site management

Ive lived here 2 years staying on month to month cause i need to move. Apartment managment not here all day has another job and then when gets on property is not available few hours later so really no on site management if you need them. Our maintenance person doesnt have a clue how to fix anything so chances are you have to wait till they find someone to show him how to do it or untill he decides to wake up or he has decided to take the time to do it. In winter chances are your might get stuck… in parking lot, plowing only done once a day,and that is NOT early in the morning usually has been about 5pm. I have been late to work or missed due to people stuck in main entrance. Also our pathways from the door alot of times not cleared by maintenance person cause he dosnt get up early, and might clear them once a day if your lucky. If you dont want charcoal smoke coming into your apt. dont move into back of building, they allow charcoal grills, so if you have any breathing problems they dont care so a heads up i didnt get. Wiring is bad, our washer and dryers blow fuses quite often. Heat is shut off and turned on at certain times does not matter if still cold out. Was turned off in may when only in 30's this year.
