Guests will have full access to the apartment throughout their stay. Amenities are available at the property's discretion, and refunds cannot be processed if an amenity is closed during your stay. Most guests prefer to let themselves in with the automated entry system, but assistance is available upon request. No smoking or parties are allowed, and there is a $200 penalty for removing smoke detectors. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75 per hour late fee. No outside guests are allowed without permission. The maximum of two pets is allowed with a combined weight of 40 lbs, excluding Pit Bulls and Bull Mastiffs. An additional pet fee is based on the stay length and is collected separately. Emotional support animals may incur a pet fee, and their presence can be declined. Guests must provide a valid photo ID and agree to a rental usage agreement. A minimum age requirement of 22 years applies, except for students and interns.
