Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75 per hour late fee. There is a $200 penalty for removing smoke detectors. No smoking, parties, or outside guests without permission are allowed. Quiet hours are from 9 PM to 7 AM, and the home is monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. Long-term stays of 30 days or more will be subject to a background search and credit check. A minimum age requirement of 22 years old for out-of-town guests and 25 years old for local guests applies.
