The apartment is equipped with a smart lock for hassle-free and secure entry using a personalized access code. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75 per hour late fee. There is a $200 penalty for removing smoke detectors. No smoking or parties are allowed, and no weapons or drugs are permitted, with zero tolerance meaning police will be called for violations. Quiet hours are from 9 PM to 7 AM, and the home is monitored with decibel sensors for compliance. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking, and a minimum age requirement of 22 years old applies for the primary person booking, except for students or interns. Long-term stays of 30 days or more are subject to a background search and credit check.
