The unit also includes a washer/dryer. The inviting full bathroom is completely private and stocked with all essential toiletries, so you don’t have to worry about packing anything extra.
Valet parking services do not accept any pickup trucks or full-sized SUVs.

There is a $1000 surcharge for parties, and guests partying will be asked to vacate the property immediately without refund. All guests must be registered for liability purposes, with a surcharge of $350 per undeclared guest per night. A security camera is present on the outer door frame of the unit and must not be removed or disabled, with a $500 fine applicable for violations. Check-out times are firm unless scheduled and confirmed 24 hours in advance, with a $50/hour penalty if guests fail to check out by 10:30 AM. Please lock all windows and doors if you are not home and upon check-out. Outdoor shoes are to be left by the front door and not worn throughout the inside of the unit. Lost keys and fobs are subject to a replacement fee of $150. The building does not allow packages or deliveries to be received or held on-site. Guests looking to extend their stay are welcome to do so, subject to availability, with a 48-hour notice minimum prior to checkout time to extend without penalty.
