No outside guests are allowed without permission. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors and observe quiet hours from 9 PM to 7 AM. The apartment is monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. Long-term stays of 30 days or more are subject to a background search and credit check.
