Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay and observe quiet hours from 9pm-7am each day. The apartments are proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75/hr late fee. No outside guests are allowed without permission. There is a maximum of two pets allowed, with a combined weight limit of 40lbs, and no Pit Bulls or Bull Mastiffs [or similar breeds] are permitted. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. To abide by all legal requirements and HOA rules, you will be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, and pass through our verification portal.
