While designs are based on the photos, each apartment has individualized elements of design and custom decorative features.
This building offers a fitness center and a community garden located on the 3rd floor, and a dog park located on the 4th floor. Pets are welcome with an additional fee of $100-300 based on stay length.

No smoking or parties are allowed. There is a $500 penalty for removing smoke detectors. No outside guests are allowed without permission. Quiet hours are observed from 9pm-7am each day, and guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay. The home is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75/hr late fee. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. A maximum of 2 pets (40lbs combined) are allowed, excluding Pit Bulls and Bull Mastiffs [or similar breed].
