Generally - I appreciate a lot of things about this place. It has been my home for five years or so and three years or so for my mother in law. You get a ground floor single story unit, sometimes with a small lawn. Pet friendly. Getting around and accessing businesses is convenient from this location as well. But, the apartments are smaller and older. And under previous management, a lot of typical maintenance that is done for a community had been bad, done halfway, or we had to do it ourselves… .

Under current management, things have been pretty similar. Things have been miscommunicated, disconnected, and still done halfway. They seem unorganized, less-staffed, and more reliant on AI compared to previous managements I've dealt with. A recent experience left us very disappointed and thinking they may not understand/care about tenant rights and management rules. Its gotten to the point where being here just feels less secure and uneasy as they just don't communicate.

And as usual the concern that continues is the greed of these companies already funneling obscene profits to mill/billionaires and constantly asking for more money from average workers who are just getting by/older folks with fixed incomes. Especially when we as customers were put in a bad situation by previous mishandlings. Looking at it from price/sqft angle, other places around are prob worth the slight price increase for a lot more space. Just from experience, it seems like the new vision for this parasitic industry is to have a small pool of maintenance to shuffle around to all of their properties and have as little staff with as little hours possible for property management and trying offload it onto AI.
