I love my apartment Grandin House is a great place to live that is affordable, in one of my favorite neighborhoods, secure, and with fantastic staff who care. I love living here and would recommend it to anyone

This place gives you a “price” that you are going to pay and then you quickly realize how many additional charges they have when you read the lease. Just putting this on everyone’s radar. I would stay away from- but read very carefully if you do rent here!

I have lived here for four years and would continue to if I didn’t have to relocate for work. Maintenance staff (Anthony) is AMAZING. Office staff are friendly. Building is clean and very secure. Fitness Center is nice. Location is convenient to downtown, Xavier, several shopping areas, and restaurants. It’s a bit expensive but I’ve thoroughly enjoyed my time at Grandin House and would recommend this property.

Looked like a nice place and leasing agents were nice, but they tricked me into applying for an apartment that they said would be available during the time I was looking and then after paying the fee and deposit told me it was actually not available. I have no idea if they did this on purpose. I won't speculate, but it was a major waste of time and money.

I am sorry to hear you were unsatisfied with your experience with us, but we never charge a deposit when a unit is not actually available, which it wasn't at that time. All application fee's are non-refundable, and we try to be as clear as... possible when prospects are applying that an application does not guarantee that an apartment will become available.
