Very friendly people Everyone I have met here, including staff and residents, are very friendly. I feel so welcomed! The move in went very smoothly and was accomplished in less time than I expected. Now, of course, comes the part of sorting everything out. So I'll just take it One Day at a Time and little-by-little. It'll fall into place.

Refrigerator repair I was hesitant to say something because it's the second time they had to deal with my refrigerator. But I'm glad I did because it is fixed perfectly! No more annoying noise. Thank you guys, you are the best!

Elevators I love living here at 1 lytle. One constant problem is that unless on Flr 2 you have no idea where the elevators are. Not a problem really except the freight elevator is on a different call system so I see many folks press two buttons to call an elevator. The number of non required elevator moves must be huge. This is a problem that needs to be fixed. BTW
As an electronics/software eng I know it’s not that hard.

Otherwise all is great love it here

Easy move in Not sure what could have been better. Need lift indicators on every floor. General comment - moving in and staff locked out elevator excellent. Unloading dock and available trolleys wonderful.
