Northwoods Reserve

Although some units are remodeled, management and service absolutely sucks over here. There has been a rotation of different property managers, I’ve had to call maintenance over 15 times over the course of only 8 months, there had been a multitude of problems. Water not working. Water not heating up and staying hot, air conditioning not working in the summer and heat not working in the winter. The front door had been promised to be fixed since moved in and still had not been fixed. Workers... leaving huge messes behind as they are remodeling they are leaving appliances outside the front doors making it difficult for residents to enter in and out. Really enjoy living here! The school district is great, and the apartments feel super updated. Everything is clean and I like having cameras for extra security. Nice to sit on my patio and have woods behind me. I see deer all the time.

I’ve been here a few years, and the new property manager actually gets stuff done. The updates in my unit are clean, simple, and feel way better than before. Finally feels like somebody cares about this place.

Ever since the new owners took over, things have been getting a lot better. They’re actually spending money to fix stuff and the new apartment renovations look awesome. It’s nice to finally see some real improvements around here!

I really like living here! Large units with outdoor space.
