Broadway 2

I work in a shop in downtown Loveland, so I wanted to be close to work. I moved into 150 E. Broadway on a whim without doing much research, and I'm glad I did.

The location is awesome, and management has been easy to work with. You can text them and they respond quickly. Maintenance isn't always same day (unless it's an emergency), but they've always fixed my issues within a couple of days.

I had one problem with a neighbor playing loud music in the middle of the night, and management handled... it right away. Overall, it's been a great place to live!

Management is great - very responsive to address needs. The location is unbeatable being minutes to downtown Loveland restaurants and bar and the Loveland trail and Little Miami River. Pricing is great considering the quality of units and convenience of the location.

This apartment is an incredible location! You can walk to downtown Loveland and the Loveland trail in minutes. The place is always tidy and the management is super responsive and quick to address any needs. And quite honestly, the price is tough to beat when you consider the quality of the units and the convenience factor.

The property is good and the location is amazing. I love the bike trail and love having all the options for coffee and new places to eat!

This is my first apartment and it is great! Jamie the property manager is always so fast to respond, which is so comforting. I was worried to move away from home but this apartment has made me feel right at home!
