Stone Creek Apartments

My husband and I paid Stone Creek Apts $350 to hold an apartment for us for three months. After about one month we got a call from Chris asking if we were still interested in renting an apartment with them as there was someone else in need of an apartment. We decided to stay where we were and said to give the apartment to the people who needed it. Now this was two months ahead of when we were planning to move there. The corporate office would not give us back the $350 we put down saying it... was non-refundable. The corporate was never losing money, as someone was living in the apartment and paying rent for a couple more months before moving out. Management is great . The front office people are sweet hearts I would recommend people to move here . Chris is so nice and humble. They respond fast they are caring people so far no problem or concerns . I think washing & drying should be free that the only thing I don’t like . The building get clean, there no problems in the building. Everybody around is super nice . Neighbors look out for one another. Very quiet and safe .

I’m super impressed with the fast approval and getting my apt cleaned out for move in for me so fast! I was in a house fire and lost everything and the management of these apts helped me every step of the way!

Since new management took over a few months ago my neighbors and I have nothing but great things to say about them. Any issues they are quick to resolve. The grounds look great, The building is always clean and smell good. They put new lines in the parking area so we can actually see where to park. The tv's in the fitness center work. Diana and Chris in the office are very friendly and will go over and beyond for you. The new maintenance staff are very professional and friendly. This is the type... of management we needed.
