Originally developed as part of a city initiative to centralize the citys dispersed garment and textile industries, the building was purpose-built... to support Cincinnatis growing manufacturing sector. Designed by local architect Gustav W. Drach, it is a striking example of Commercial and Renaissance Revival architecture, standing 12 stories tall and spanning over 213,000 square feet. Today, under the stewardship of The Bernstein Company, the building has been thoughtfully transformed into modern luxury residences now known as the Textile Apartmentswhile retaining its historic charm and architectural integrity.

Awesome Amenities

Textile Apartments has a Basketball Court and rooftop. The units are cool with very tall ceilings and nice kitchens. The whole team provides excellent customer service!
