Price is decent for location, but some issues
Only one elevator since a year ago. Seems to be no plan to fix the other. No ventilation in the units. You can smell what everyone’s cooking for the whole week. If you cook expect your apartment to smell like it even with windows open fans on. The buildings old and the AC blows a ton of dust/ allergens Ittl hurt your throat; if you go where the vent comes out like the bathrooms you’ll see it coats things in a layer of dust. Maintenance is really responsive to tickets but I don’t think management... cleans or changes air filters since I’ve been here. Parking is rough. I have a pass for the buildings lot but it can also get taken by randoms paying for the hour so take that how you will. The price is good overall in my opinion, but if they fixed a couple things it would be way better. Also mail. Sometimes mail/packages are just left wherever. The mailroom can be a mess of sifting through everything if you’re expecting a package.
