From signing my lease to my 5th month here, I've enjoyed it all. There were two cabinet shelves that didn't have supports, so I couldn't use them, but the maintenance crew fixed it! Me and pup love it!

Comparable to other apartment complexes in this area the rent amount was quite low and affordable a few years ago. But there are significant overcharges on the utilities that get added to rent. Maintenance is a joke. Things never get fixed or they do not get fixed properly. This is a nice starter apartment or for someone struggling to get approved for a lease as the rent to almost anyone. But be prepared to set your standards very low.

Do not live here it smells they won’t fix anything it’s trash the manager is horrible the hallways are disgusting paper thin walls literally the worst apartment I’ve ever even visited.

I've been here for almost a year the hallways have been clean maybe three times the trash cans are overflowing the dumpster people have not been here in about 3 weeks they want you to pay rent but they don't want to fix nothing it's a horrible place to live I do not recommend it for nobody this place is disgusting I think it's time to send my rent money to Escrow
