Smoking of any kind is never allowed at this property, including the balcony or patio, as well as all common and outdoor areas of the building. Any smoking violations will result in a $500 fee. Guests may not disturb their neighbors’ quiet enjoyment and must observe quiet hours from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. Parties and large gatherings are strictly prohibited. All designated fobs, keys, and parking passes must be returned to the original lockbox. Failure to leave all access items behind will result in an immediate replacement fee of up to $450 per item.
