Versailles Village is a beautiful community located in Forest Park, Ohio. At Versailles Village you can enjoy our new clubhouse with state of the art gym. We also have a beautiful new luxurious pool opening in the spring of 2025. We have spacious... townhomes, with fireplaces in select units. All renovated units and stainless steel appliances. Very bad experience I'm here paying for things that I don't understand since I came I only do, today when I wake up again I found that I'm loaded with 50$

The $50 fee is the non-compliance fee for not having renters insurance, which we do require at the time of move-in and was highlighted at your lease signing. We apologize for any... miscommunication, but please reach out to our leasing office if you would like to discuss further.
