The Conifers is an apartment community in Miamisburg, OH
I currently live here and wish I didn’t. My AC is not functioning properly and my upstairs is 80 degrees for almost a week now. I was told to close the downstairs vents so it would push more cold air up, but all that did was have my AC blasting all day to no avail because the temp upstairs didn’t change. Gas and electric already costs me $300 a month. Management was replaced a few months ago and it still takes months and multiple requests to get anything done. Seems they are understaffed, which... is not a reflection of the staff, but of Rookwood properties

Rockwood management is horrid
Awful new management is horrible random fees for insurance slow maintenance that cancels your requests, this new management office is horrendous changed hours so they’re always been work hours and never respond to voicemails you have to call over and over again DO NOT MOVE HERE ITS AWFUL. Literally had Liz the manager hang up on me because I was upset about an incorrect 125 charge to my account. This new rockwood management is a disaster and this apartment is not worth the headache. I’ve never... had worse customer service I’ve lived here for 5 years.

Good Apartment
I have been staying in this apartment complex since 1.5 years now and must admit that my experience has been very pleasant here .They have a mini playground with a few benches to sit around which is good for the kids to play .The best thing about living here is the turnaround time for your maintenance issues to be resolved .They have the best maintenance guy ever to take care of this . The only thing missing in this apartment is a fitness center .I feel that not having the fitness center is the... only reason i would ever leave this complex .I hope they upgrade their amenities soon to include a fitness center with basic equipments and help retain people who otherwise have every reason to stay back here .
