Seth Task has been a licensed real estate agent since 2005 and is currently a REALTOR® with BHHS Professional Realty where he leads The Task Team. Over nearly two decades, his team has closed over 2,200 residential and commercial transactions serving over 50 local communities throughout the Greater Cleveland, Ohio area. He has played and continues to play active roles in local, state, and national REALTOR® associations as an industry leader. Mr. Task served as President of the Akron Cleveland Association of REALTORS® in 2014 and Ohio REALTORS® President in 2021. At the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR), chaired both the Federal Financing & Housing Policy and the Conventional Financing committees, has served on the Board of Directors since 2016, served on the NAR Extended Leadership team as the Public & Federal Issues Liaison in 2024, and is excited to serve as the NAR REALTOR® Party Director in 2026 . He was honored with selection into NAR’s Leadership Academy Class of 2015 and received the 2017 Ohio REALTOR® of the Year award. Seth has appeared before the Federal Reserve Bank, FHFA, the Veterans Administration, Rural Housing Services, and the U.S. Dept. of Housing and Urban Development as an expert in his field. In the community, Mr. Task served on the Board of Directors of the Neighborhood Housing Services of Greater Cleveland (Now Cleveland Housing Network), an organization that focuses on homeowner education, foreclosure prevention, down payment assistance and a myriad of affordable housing opportunity work. He has served for several years at Future Heights CDC in Cleveland Heights on their housing & development committees and has served on the real estate advisory board in the City of South Euclid. He recently founded Rebuild Cleveland LLC, a private company that focuses on building attainable modular new construction homes. The group was awarded the 2024 Best Green Home Built under 2,500 sq ft by the Cleveland Home Builders Association. Additionally, Seth served for several years as an officer of the Gates Mills Elementary School Parent Teacher Club. His true passion for improving the quality of his clients’ lives, the rights of homeowners, and the industry in which he serves has fueled his service at every level of the REALTOR® associations.
