Ridgefield Manor Apartments

Worst experience I have ever had by far. It was so bad I had to get an attorney involved. This is not a landlord you want to have to deal with. do yourself a favor and stay away.

We spent about 2 months in the last winter freezing in a 2 bedroom apartment in this building! The heat was very weak in the 2 bedrooms for a long time and we had "3 people" to sleep in the living room after turning on and opening the stove in the kitchen!
We kept complaing to the landlord "Debra" but she always made excuses! Then in March and after we asked her, she brought electrical heaters and we had to pay some expensive electricity bills.
She broke into the apartment many times without... even knocking the door! Ofcourse without even any permission before...and yelled because sometimes it was not perfectly clean!
After we spent 3 days cleaning the apt and went out...she made a list of excuses that she will keep the 800 deposit! Like she had to replace the windows blinds because of some dust?! Even though we didn't leave any!
It was a very bad experince....We knew that the building is old! But we didn't expect the landlord to be that rude and bad! Read More
