There is no mailbox access, and mail or packages cannot be delivered to the unit. Extra towels, blankets, or couch sheets are not provided. The standard check-in time is 4 PM and the check-out time is strictly 10:00 AM. If undeclared pets are discovered, fees will double. If trash is left in front of the unit door, a $250 charge may be applied. If key fobs are lost, replacements cost $500 each.
