Unauthorized gatherings will lead to police involvement, immediate eviction, and no refund. A $100 fee applies per unauthorized guest. Strictly no smoking or drug use inside the unit or anywhere in the building. Violations will result in immediate eviction, no refund, and a $1,000 cleaning fee for smoking or intoxication. To maintain cleanliness, avoid leaving trash in front of your unit door, as non-compliance may result in a $250 charge. Use designated bins and trash chutes near the elevator on each floor. Each reservation includes one key fob and one keycafe tag for access to the building, elevator, and parking garage. Lost items will incur a replacement fee and may result in access restrictions. A self-generated keypad code for the unit will be provided for a smooth arrival. Food seasonings and herbs are not provided in the accommodation, so feel free to bring any specific seasonings or herbs you may want to use during your stay.
