There is an option for paid parking on the premises in a lot across the street, with a parking fee of $25 per day per car, with a maximum of two cars. Stays exceeding seven days will incur an additional charge. Approval of a maximum of two dogs is allowed for a flat fee of $125 per stay. Requests to bring a third or fourth dog are subject to approval and will incur an additional $100 fee. To enter the building and parking lot, guests must download a Verkada Pass mobile app. No parties or events are allowed, and no smoking, vaping, or burning anything inside the home is permitted. Any evidence of smoking will result in a $500 fee. Check-out is at 11 am sharp, and unauthorized late check-outs will incur a $150 per hour fee. Quiet hours are observed after 10 pm and before 8 am. Furniture and decor should not be moved during your stay. Cameras on-site will be monitored for traffic in the home, and uninvited guests will be asked to leave with no refund.
