The fully stocked kitchen includes basics for cooking and a coffee station. Each bedroom has a fan located in the closet, and one closet includes a pack and play for little ones. The bathroom is equipped with essentials, including shampoo, conditioner, and a hair dryer.
There is an option for paid parking on the premises in a lot across the street, with a parking fee of $25 per day per car, with a maximum of two cars. Stays exceeding seven days will incur an additional charge. Approval of a maximum of two dogs is allowed for a flat fee of $125 per stay. Requests to bring a third or fourth dog are subject to approval and will incur an additional $100 fee. Undisclosed pets will result in a $150 fee and may lead to reservation cancellation without refund. No cats are allowed.

The neighborhood offers easy access to public transportation and is ideal for exploring all that Cleveland has to offer.
Sound may occasionally travel from the hallway or other units. The front door to the apartment is locked, and guests will need to go down to the 1st floor to let deliveries or other guests into the building. To enter the building and parking lot, guests must download a Verkada Pass mobile app. No parties or events are allowed, and no smoking, vaping, or burning anything inside the home is permitted. Any evidence of smoking will result in a $500 fee. Check-out is at 11 am sharp, and unauthorized late check-outs will incur a $150 per hour fee. Quiet hours are observed after 10 pm and before 8 am. Furniture and decor should not be moved during your stay. Cameras on-site will be monitored for traffic in the home, and uninvited guests will be asked to leave with no refund. Weapons of any kind are strictly prohibited on the property. Guests may incur additional charges for not following check-out instructions or breaking house rules.
The king bedroom includes a desk and TV, which could double as a monitor, providing a convenient space for remote work. A laptop computer is not included.
