The front door to the apartment is locked, and guests must go to the 1st floor to let others in. No parties or events are allowed, and smoking inside the home will result in a $500 fee. Unauthorized late check-out will incur a $150 per hour fee. Quiet hours are after 10pm and before 8am. Furniture and decor should not be moved. Cameras on-site will be monitored for traffic, and uninvited guests will result in immediate eviction without refund.
