There is a $500 fine for indoor smoking, a $500 fine for unregistered pets, a $1,000 fine for unauthorized events, and a $350 fine per undeclared guest per night. A $500 fine applies for covering or disabling the security camera located outside the unit door. Lost keys incur a $100 fee, and lost fobs incur a $150 fee. Late check-out fees apply: $50/hour after 11 AM. Extending your stay requires 48+ hours notice with no fee, 24-48 hours notice incurs a 50% cleaning fee, and less than 24 hours notice incurs the full cleaning fee, confirmed only after the fee is paid. Please follow check-out steps: wash and put away dishes, place used towels on the bathroom floor, take out all trash, turn off lights, and lock all doors/windows. Return keys/fobs to the lockbox. No trash buildup inside the unit, break down boxes, and no large items in shared bins. Please leave outdoor shoes at the door.
