This rental includes the entire duplex, making it perfect for larger groups who desire privacy while being under one roof. Three bedrooms and full bathrooms are located on the second floor, with laundry in the basement. There is one bedroom and one half bathroom on the first floor. A futon in the office provides additional sleeping space, separated by a door from the bathroom.
Plenty of parking is available in the driveway off of Pilgrim Ave and on the street. We warmly welcome your furry family members with a pet-friendly policy allowing a maximum of two pets. Undisclosed pets will result in a fee and may lead to reservation cancellation without refund. You will be responsible for any additional cleaning or damage fees.
