Spacious rooms and all the necessary amenities make this house a home away from home. Keep in mind that the house is over 100 years old and although it has been updated, it still has some of its original quirks. This rental is for the entire duplex, so both units are included, making it perfect for larger groups who would enjoy some privacy but are still all under one roof! Three bedrooms and full bathrooms are located on the second floor and the laundry is located in the basement. There is one bedroom and one half bathroom on the first floor. There is a futon in the office if you need additional sleeping space. This area is a bit odd, as it is located off of the bathroom, but there is a door separating the rooms, so you can use it if needed.
Plenty of parking is available in the driveway off of Pilgrim Ave and on the street. A max of 2 dogs are allowed for a flat fee of $125 per stay. Requests to bring a 3rd or 4th dog are subject to approval and will incur an additional $100 fee.

The basement may have a slight "wet" smell during rainy periods, managed by two dehumidifiers. The area is clean, tidy, and mold-free. Undisclosed pets will result in a $150 fee and may lead to reservation cancellation without refund. You will be responsible for any additional cleaning or damage fees. This is to protect guests with allergies and ensure our cleaners can keep the home in top condition for all visitors. Please be courteous to neighbors and keep the noise to a minimum when outside. There are decibel readers that track noise levels outside (these do not record conversations). There is a $500 fine for excessive noise levels between 10pm and 8am. If smoking of any kind takes place inside, there will be a minimum charge of $500 for extra cleaning. Smoking outside is permitted. You will be charged $150 for late checkout without prior notice.
