I had moved into this new apartment building back in August of 2023 and must compliment the management team for maintaining the interior & exterior of the property.
The common areas are always clean, the staff is friendly and efficient! A special recognition to my property manger, Lisa. She has gone above and beyond to help me and her positive energy in infectious.
The parking lots are secure with ample lighting at night.

I feel safe walking back and forth from the Cleveland Clinic at various... hours.

I had moved into this new building back in August of 2023 and must say that is still well maintained (interior & exterior). The common areas such as the community room & fitness room are always kept clean, my dog enjoys his bath in the dog wash! The maintenance technician is friendly and efficient when it comes to any work orders. The security guard always has a smile when answering a question or just walking by and saying Hi! A special recognition to our property manager, Lisa. She goes above... and beyond to help her tenants and her positive energy is infectious!

This property is within walking distance to the Health Education Campus, Case Western Reserve, Cleveland Clinic Main Campus and The Dental Institute.

I personally have had no safety issues walking back and forth from The Cleveland Clinic at various hours.

I moved in over a year ago. I have enjoyed the convenience of how close it is to Cleveland Clinic and Case Western Reserve. I have spent a lot of time at the near by restaurants. I do feel secure when coming home from work. It is peaceful and calm. I even had a chance to speak with the owner. Wonderful place to live.

I've been living here for almost a year and I enjoyed it. The environment is nice and the distance to all places that I need is perfectly walkable. I do enjoyed talking to the managers (Lisa and Guenet) because they are responsible and responsive! I'm planning to live here longer since this is such a nice experience.

I moved into this beautiful apartment building back in July of 2023 and I must say it’s conveniently located near Case Western and The Cleveland Clinic. The interior of the building is modern, quiet and clean. Since the new security measurements were added to the front parking lot, that in itself has a made a HUGE difference! Utilizing the fitness room 24/7 is definitely a bonus due to different work schedules. Management not only cares about their tenants but is responsive to our needs.
