I love this place

I've been living here since over a year now the manager, the staff, the owner, the maintenance guys everyone is very cooperative, and I love their hospitality would definitely recommend.

Great Experience

I’ve had a really great experience living at The Midtown Apartments. The building is modern, clean, and conveniently located, with easy access to everything around Cleveland, and the leasing agent, Meron, has been absolutely wonderful to work with.

Very attentive management

Lemma and his management at Midtown was excellent. My family and I were taken care of very well while we stayed here. The apartments are newly renovated and very comfortable! They have gotten rid of past management that wasn’t taking care of tenants and have done a great job at making everyone feel comfortable in these apartments! I highly recommend these apartments to anyone in Cleveland or coming to Cleveland!

Poorly Maintained

I have been living here for two years and have seen this newly renovated building rapidly fall into disrepair. The parking garage is being held up by scaffolding due to the severe rust on many of the supporting beams. Management has also failed to remove graffiti on the property. There's also only one elevator in the entire property, and it is constantly out of service due to maintenance.
