worst place to live in cleveland
Overpriced and management is horrible. If you value peace of mind, quiet, and sleep- this is not the place for you.

I've been living here a few years and I don't plan on moving any time soon. This community has experienced growing pains that many couldn't recover from and I'm actually proud to see all of the improvements and upgrades that have occurred. It's a great place to live, great neighbors in a great location.

The property is okay. The windows do not open so you are limited on fresh air. The main issue they force you to get their wifi which is more than if i were to get it myself and parking is an additional $200 a month on top of paying for your own utilities. The rent is a good price to live downtown in the flats. But having to pay for parking when the garage is attached to the property is not fair. Having to pay 75 a month for wifi that doesn’t work well is not fair.
