There is no transparency. Extreme manipulation of the tenants. Extremely small apartment, poor security (cars were broken into and set on fire....etc.), and lack of amenities. You can't reach the management by phone or email, even during emergencies. Don't do it!!!

Management often takes days when you need something, no one answers the phone or emails you back. I moved out almost 2 months ago, and haven’t received my deposit. When first moving in, management offered residents a $25 gift card to write a 5 star review. Often get told 2 different answers for everything as it seems like the staff needs to be on the same page about certain things. Car was lit on fire in parking lot, damaged the building.

Not worth the headache and disrespect to rent from this place. Unsafe with people starting fires to cars in parking lots, people letting in strangers to steal packages, and the dumpster always being locked so you can not throw away your trash. Always an issue when you need stuff done and highly rude to communicate with. Got a job out of town and trying to move, I have been met with nothing but continuous disrespectful text messages while I’m at work an hour away. So glad I bought my own place.... Never again.
