Norwood Place Apartments

My experience at Norwood place was great from the very beginning. I really liked that the management is very involved in keeping the common areas of the building always clean, updated, making sure there are no pests, and making improvements around. Love the fact that they have an app where you can submit any tenant request and also easily set up automatic payments.
The apartments are just beautiful and spacious and the area is perfect! Very conveniently located near a lot of restaurants,... supermarkets and walkable areas which are a must for me. Would definitely love to live again there without hesitation. Read More

The apartments at Norwood are lovely, with updated appliances, no pest issues, and friendly neighbors. However, the lack of responsiveness from management is a significant drawback that would make me reconsider renting here.

Upon moving in, I immediately noticed several issues, including chipped paint, missing light bulbs, a missing shower rod, cut cable lines, and no mailbox key. While some issues were addressed quickly, like installing the shower rod and light bulbs, others, such as providing... mailbox keys, faced significant delays. Internet connectivity was initially hindered due to cut cables, requiring multiple technician visits. Additionally, there is no secure place for packages despite assurances otherwise.

After a severe storm, I discovered the windows were not sealed. Despite continuous follow-ups, it took months to resolve. The window wasn’t replaced for two months, during which it was sealed shut, preventing me from opening it. Once replaced, the caulking around the windows took another month to complete, finally being finished in the fall after repeated rescheduling and reminders.

While there were moments of prompt service, the overall maintenance responsiveness at Norwood Apartments was inconsistent, often requiring persistent follow-up.
