Mice in the units

Squatters
Drug users and homeless hang on the outside of the east building. The trash compactor is broke and has been for 2-3 months. The halls reeks of trash.
The elevators are dirty.
The buildings has taken a turn from the worse.
June 26, moving out.

Love the unit. Love the location, but the place is infested with roaches. I moved in an found a roach my first week. I been here for 7 months and have had pest control come a total of 6 times and I STILL have the problem. Parking is expensive, and since it’s public, the resident assigned floors are always full. Almost impossible to find a spot most days. Besides these things, the apartment is nice

While we are thrilled to hear that you love your home and our location, we are sorry to learn that other issues have negatively affected your experience. We strive to provide plenty of parking with the space available to our downtown location. With... that being said, we do close our parking garage off to the public when the garage becomes overcrowded. We will always maintain ample parking for our residents who pay a monthly rate for that privilege. Regarding pests, we take this allegation very seriously. We ask that you please reach out to the Property Manager as soon as possible so that we can resolve any issues that you may be experiencing. We would love to discuss in more detail.

I’ve been living here for 2 years now and the staff has been very helpful. Whenever I have a concern there is always someone available to assist me in a timely manner.
Maintenance services are great, Cinesta and the maintenance group do a great job of addressing issues usually within 24-48 hours.
I recently transferred into a different unit and the transition was very smooth thanks to Laura and Joe. They worked together to discover my needs and helped me find the perfect apartment.
If... you’re interested in moving to reserve square you should ask for Joe. He is very professional, responds quickly and courteously to any of my concerns, and even recommended a few restaurants in the area for my wife and I to try.
Overall the new staff at reserve square is great!

I have been a resident here going on two years.
I have recently upgraded to a three bedroom in the East tower.
I had a few complaints in the West tower but they were taken care of ASAP.
This moving transition went smooth thanks to Lacey and Laura.
To all or whom may be looking:
NO WHERE IS PERFECT!
You will find something wrong anywhere you move, look for what’s important to your lifestyle and go from there.
I am happy here!
The amenities kept me here another term.
K &D take care of all... there properties!

I recently moved to Reserve Square in August of 2015. Having previously lived in Chicago, IL for the past 8 years my expectations of high rise living was pretty set. The initial move in was a little shaky due to us having to move in a day earlier. The apartment wasn't initially ready for move in but...... they were so helpful and accommodating with meeting our requests in a timely manner and getting things fixed and up to my liking. The building itself is in an amazing location and has a lot of... amenities at no additional cost. I also received a discount for being a Principal which I truly appreciate. This discount each month covers my utility bill which is a very nice added bonus. If you want the feel of downtown living at a reasonable price, I would definitely recommend Reserve Square.
