South Moreland Apartments

There’s a serious mice problem I had my own traps and caught a good 20 of them, sometimes two in a trap. The front of the building wreaks of old urine. There’s trash all over the side of the building for weeks now. No to mention there’s a whole bando next door. My kitchen sink broke and fell off our the counter in July it’s about to be September and it’s still not fixed. Out of nowhere they randomly put a 24 hour notice on my door mid July “checking to see if you live there” nobody ever came. I... come back from a work trip and there’s another random notice about “checking for lead” jul 28th. I talked to other tenets and nobody else got this notice on their door. They’ve obviously been in my apartment sink is still not fixed. I have to wash my dishes in the tub in a container. The lights constantly flicker which obviously shows electricity issues. The toilet water started appearing murky a couple months ago. I wouldn’t be surprised if this place was condemned in the next year or so. Read More
