Poor Management

Management is ineffective. Wont go out of their way to fix problems and never get back or follow through on anything if you reach out to them. Not worth dealing with them

Best Apartment for Students

I have lived at the Edge on Euclid for 2 years while I attended Cleveland State and could not have had a better experience. I've almost never had a need for maintenance and management is always so kind and helpful. The location is ideal for students, as being in such close proximity to campus truly contributed to my success at CSU. Not to mention the free printing and study rooms at The Edge! The resident events were always so fun and created a sense of community for those who live in the... building. I would recommend these apartments to any student looking for a great place to call home in downtown Cleveland.

The Edge On Euclid is Fire

This is my first apartment but I can say so far I’ve been very impressed. From the amenities to the staff(Shout out to Calvin, Sade, Phyllis, our handy man, and managers who keep this place running.) The Edge is an awesome place to live. Great community of people, located near many restaurants of various cultural cuisines. It’s near the Playhouse Square, across from Cleveland State University , and down the road from CWRU. Couldn’t have built in a better location! Loving it here!
