DO NOT MOVE HERE
Although E 4th apartments are convenient as far as proximity to bars and restaurants, their management is absolutely horrible. When things go wrong, they really go wrong. I've been displaced for over 2 months due to a roof leak, management would not help with finding alternate living and was forced to live in a mold infested apt. I was also forced to pay full rent and received minimal compensation. If you want a helpful, intelligent, and personable leasing staff, this is the wrong place!

Downtown Cleveland
I love my apartment. It has great character and is in the best location. I'm walking distance to great restaurants and bars and all sporting events.
